Yesterday (well, up to two hours ago) was the first day of May. With it came the end of my first month (or two weeks, really) on WordPress. I’ve been having a lot of fun with it, but I feel like I need a little something to kick things up here. As such, I figured it would be a good idea to do a 31 day blog challenge! I’ll admit, I didn’t really find many, and even less were appealing or simple. I did, however, narrow it down to three challenges. Two of them were blog challenges, the other is a photo blog challenge. I’m debating doing all three. I know I should have time, if I schedule myself accordingly. I’d have to do a few posts in advance, though, seeing as my weekends I 1–don’t carry my computer around during the weekends and 2–I’m usually extremely busy on those days. Then, there is the fact that I’m a student and therefore have midterms and other work to do. Add in that I want to do my own regular posts? It’s a lot of work. I don’t know if it’s too much to take on for someone who’s just starting off. I mean, I’m sure that I want to do a challenge. I know that I don’t want to make excuses for myself. But I do also have to think realistically. And so, I have just decided that I will do two of the three challenges. In any case, one of the blog challenges is for 30 days. May has 31.
This particular blog challenge I got from Megan Smith (after scrolling endlessly through the tags).
As for the Photo a Day Challenge, I got it from zkmommy.
They seem pretty simple. I’m going to be starting this a little late, as it’s already May 2nd. Luckily, the first post on each challenge is the same so maybe I’ll combine those two. If anyone else wants to do either of these challenges with me, go ahead and comment or like. Let me know what you think!
